Bone cancers (PNET/EWING’s Sarcoma, Osteogenic Sarcoma, and other soft tissue sarcomas) are usually treated with a combination of Chemotherapy and Surgery/ Radiotherapy or both. This patient came to me on a stretcher and unable to sit or stand. On evaluation, he was found to have Bone Cancer of the Backbone (PNET/ EWING’s Sarcoma).

After all investigation in our tumor board, it was decided to start with chemotherapy f/ b Chemotherapy + Radiotherapy followed by again chemotherapy. The total treatment took around 9-10 months. Surgery was not required in this case. Now the disease is in complete remission and the patient is living a normal life. He is off treatment for 6 months.
